• How long does it take for AquaOptic to completely clean my lenses?

  4 hours is sufficient.

  1. - Rinse the lenses thoroughly with the solution. 
  2. - Place them in a clean container. 
  3. - Fill with a fresh solution. 
  4. - Leave the container closed for the specified time or overnight.
• What can be substituted for the lens solution?

  Only the lens solution can clean the lenses from protein deposits, it also has disinfecting properties and wets the surface. Therefore, it is not recommended to replace the solution with other non-specialized substances. It is unacceptable to use water for lens care.

• Is AquaOptic suitable for people with sensitive eyes?

  Yes, the solution is suitable for particularly sensitive eyes.

• How do the packaging options of AquaOptic differ from each other?

  AquaOptic is presented in 4 packaging options, which differ only in volume: 60 mL, 150 mL, 250 mL, 450 mL.

  This allows you to choose the volume suitable for a particular situation. For example, 60 mL can be carried in the carry-on luggage of an airplane, and 450 mL can be purchased for home use.

• I am switching to a new type of lens, but I would like to continue using AquaOptic. What lenses is the solution compatible with?

  The solution is suitable for daily care of all types of contact lenses.

• Is AquaOptic suitable for long-term lens storage?

  Yes. If for some reason you do not plan to use your lenses, it is allowed to store them in a closed container with the solution for no more than 30 days.

• How can I avoid contamination of the solution in an open bottle?

  Do not allow the dispenser to come into contact with foreign objects. Keep the bottle tightly closed after use.

• How long can an open bottle be stored?

  The shelf life of the product is 2 years.

  An open bottle can be stored for 6 months.

• Can AquaOptic help with dry eyes?

  Yes. If you feel dryness and discomfort in the eyes, it is recommended to remove the lens, drop 1-2 drops of AquaOptic solution on its surface and put it back on.

  You can also drop 1-2 drops directly on your eyes without removing the lenses. After the procedure, gently close and open your eyes, the lenses will wet with the solution.

  If the discomfort persists, remove the lenses and consult an eye care professional.

• Can AquaOptic be combined with rewetting eye drops?

  Yes. You can use hyaluronic acid-based rewetting solutions without preservatives for additional eye wetting. For example, Gylan Comfort or Gylan Ultra Comfort.
